Can't filter by the tags

This is the community support forum for Types plugin, which is part of Toolset. Toolset is a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients and people who registered for Types community support can post in it.

We created custom fields to create a listing of universities, but when we want to filter by tags it's not displayed. We have a problem with the tags on this page hidden link
Each time you click on a tag we get this result :
“Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with some different keywords.??
But many custom posts are associated with this tags, it shouldn't be empty.

We must look for compatibility issues first:

1. Choose a default WordPress theme
2. Deactivate all plugins except Toolset ones
3. Try again

I see you are using WPML, maybe it is in conflict by someway.
