I am trying to: create an edit form that allows me to replace an uploaded image

I visited this URL: hidden link

I expected to see: that the image would clear out when I pressed clear

Instead, I got: nothing happened

Thanks for contacting us.

Looking at this the link you had provided, I was able to clearly see the issue. I noticed from the debug information that you had provided that you have quite a number of plugins installed.

Any of theses plugins could be causing an issue and make the field not working as intended. Could you please try disabling them, leaving only our toolset plugins installed.

Once you have done this please let me know if you are still experiencing any issues with this clear button.

Even with all plugins disabled except for CRED and Types, it still does not work.

Hi Erik,

From your debug information I notice that you are using Types version 1.6.5.1.
I highly recommend that you update the plugin as this issue might have been resolved in an update.

Please try updating to the latest version 1.6.6.2 and see if this helps.

If you are still unable to use the clear button please let me know.

Would you mind bumping up the account you provided to have admin privileges.

This way I can check out your form to see why the clear button is not working.

Once you have done this please let me know so that I can remove the access credentials from your first post.

Done. Also, what is a "nonce" failure? I get it sometimes while submitting cred forms.

I'm not sure what is happening here as this issue does not occur for me.

I removed the credentials from your initial post for security reasons.

For the second issue you are having this is a bug in our plugin and there has been a fix for it.

I'll email you this fix shortly.

Please let me know if the clear button is still not working after applying this fix.

OK, so the clear image issue is still not resolved but the nonce failure is.
