This is the community support forum for Types plugin, which is part of Toolset. Toolset is a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients and people who registered for Types community support can post in it.

If Toolset Bootstrap theme is active and the plugin Easy Bootstrap short code is active, the menu doesn't show. 🙂

Our development team will take care of this and you will be notified when we have a fix. Thank you for reporting that.

I'm closing this thread because there is no workaround for now.

It seems this is more a settings related and not a bug. Easy bootstrap shortcodes when activated will load a Bootstrap 3.0 CSS by default which is not compatible with our current theme since its using Bootstrap 2.0 framework. You can resolved this by going to EBS Settings in the backend and loading the necessary JS and CSS from the theme (instead of from the plugin). See attached screenshot.
