Context: I am following the Bootstrap Commerce demo site on your tutorial demo site hoping to shed light on how I can use Types. The demo has us extending Woocommerce products via custom taxonomies as Gender and Style.

Tutorial here:
https://toolset.com/learn/create-an-ecommerce-wordpress-site/create-custom-fields-and-taxonomies/

Concern: If I implement this type solution on my site, will I be locked into that version of Woocommerce?
Will an update to woocommerce break or replace my these custom taxonomies added by Types?

I'm sorry, I think I put this in the Views section but I don't see where to change that now.

No, it will not locked into that version of Woocommerce.
Types is using wordpress action hook "init" to create new taxonomy, which works in whatever the version of Woocommerce, So it should not be any problem to update your Woocommerce plugin.

Thank you for the explanation, Luoy,
I'm wondering if I'll be able to target those fields through the Woocommerce CSV Product Import Suite or if I would have to manually adjust these fields, or use another csv import technique. (I know I saw info on that here somewhere.)
Thanks.

I am not familiar with the Woocommerce CSV Product Import Suite,
Here is a document about "How to Import Content into WordPress Using CSV Files":
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/how-to-import-content-into-wordpress-using-csv/

Hope it help

Thank you, I will explore that option.
