Lost password reset email does not include a link to actually reset the password

Symptoms

In Toolset Views 2.2.2, the emails sent to recover the password, generated by the shortcodes to display a recover password form, might not include a proper link to actually reset the password.

This issue will be solved in the next version of Toolset Views. In the meantime,

In the meantime, this patch can be applied to Views 2.2.2 by uploading the file it contains to the ../wp-views/embedded/inc/ folder and replacing the one with the same name.
