Unable to save the Admin bar options in Types

Resolved in: Toolset Types 2.1

Symptoms

Trying to save the Admin bar options on the Toolset->Settings page can produce a warning message and a PHP fatal error. This happens when using Types without Views, or in general when the Views plugin is not installed.

Workaround

This issue will be fixed in the next release of Types.

In the meantime, you can apply this patch by replacing the files with the same names located in types/library/toolset/toolset-common/loader.php and types/library/toolset/toolset-common/inc/toolset.settings.screen.class.php

      This issue was reported against Types 2.0.1 and that is the latests released version that we published, so there was no “next release of Types” yet. The fix will be included once we do release a new version.
