Types is a WordPress plugin that lets you quickly create custom post types, taxonomies and fields in your website through the WordPress admin screen instead of adding PHP code to your theme. Types User Guides include detailed documentation for setting up your custom content.
When you ask for help or report issues, make sure to tell us the versions of the Toolset plugins that you have installed and activated.

Render custom date field value with PHP codes in front-end.
Solution:
Types plugin will per-pend slug "wpcf-" before the field slug, you can try with Types API function types_render_field() to render the custom date field value without slug "wpcf-"

Re-creating an archive for a custom post type, because I did not get to finish it the last session.
however, it says 'Another item already uses this name. Please use another name.'
how may I resume if i want to use the same name?
Solution:

Problem:
Can you clarify please the difference/s between using Toolset Module Manager or just going to Toolset > Export/Import?
Solution:
Actually there is a difference.
So with the Module Manager you have the option to create a single export file with different component from each of our Plugins.
Lets say you create a messaging system with Types, Toolset Forms and Views . However you do have other components in each of our plugins but you don't want to export all the different items.
You can create a separate module with each of the items that you create and just export those only.
While with each of the export functionality with Types, Forms and Views you will export all the components and not a specific component that you need.

Is there a way to have a fall back default so that each post in the loop for a given Meal category has a featured image.
Solution:
In the post loop, I suggest you use [wpv-conditional] shortcode to check if featured image is empty, then display a default image, for example:
