Attempt import toolset views settings to live from dev site; 500 error code

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: upload the .zip or .xml file with toolset views data from my development site to my live site.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: A successful import

Instead, I got: "This page isn’t working

hidden link is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"
