In 'Content Template' is there a code I can use which calls a certain tag and displays them as a list of post titles which the viewer can then click to be redirected to that page?

You would do that by making a view, then putting that view in the content template. The view will let you query by just about anything. If you're objective is to show all tags then when a tag is clicked they are taken to any pages with those tags that's actually just a wordpress function, but you can do it with a view as well. Specify a little more and I would be happy to talk you through what you're up to.

Hi, we also have some documentation about taxonomy filters for Views you can review:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/filtering-views-by-taxonomy/
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/filtering-posts-by-user-selected-taxonomy/

We're here if you need help with a specific task - just let me know 🙂
