A cred form on hidden link doesn't work as it should. I cannot enter dates with the date picker. Do not have a clue why this is happening.

I don't see a Form on hidden link.

This is most likely because you control the Form with Access and I can't access it as I'm a Guest.

1. Please disable every non-Toolset Plugin and activate a native WordPress Theme
2. Please make sure there are no JS errors in the Console.
If there are, please report them to me.

If all that Fails, I will be able to help you further with some direct troubleshooting, but I am almost sure this is a conflict with a 3rd Party Plugin/Theme.

Please let me know the results of the abovementioned tests; I will then be back to you ASAP.

I replied to the mail. That is probably not the way to do it.

I had moved the form to this page: hidden link Sorry for the confusion.

The problem persists. I have used Twenty-Seventeen, deactivated all the other plugins, emptied the cache and checked the console. No errors, but no possibility either to use the date picker on the frontside. On the backend the datepicker works. This is on a Mac in Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

If you click the little calendar nothing happens. If you hover the field you get the no whatever sign. See the screenshot.

In the Toolset Developers group for some this is a known bug. Look here: hidden link

A second thing is that the cred form does not show on iPad and iPhone. It's no there.

For the first issue, I can see the DatePicker, see ScreenShot.

It's on a MAC Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

It also populates the Field properly once I click on a specific date in the picker.

I cannot see the issue on your site.

Hi Beda,
This is really strange. I have a short youtube video here (hidden link) with my result in Chrome, Firefox and Safari on a Mac. I have asked a developer friend to check it and he could not do it on windows 7 and on ac. I asked another friend to check and she was also unable to fill in the date picker.
Maybe ask Luo Yang what it could be.
I use the toolset plugins mainly to get data from users and this date picker thing makes it for 50% worthless.
Hope you guys can think of something that causes this.

I cannot see this issue on your very website, neither can Luo.

This must be an issue with the end-provider, either the Browsers, the Server, the location (ISP) or similar.

It cannot be an issue on the website, given that us both cannot see this issue (me and Luo).

I added a ScreenShot again.

What can be as well is perhaps a Cache Plugin or similar is interfering, as I am loading this Website usually in a fresh (clean) browser.

Are you logged in when this happens?
And your colleagues, are they also logged in?

Don't you understand? Of the people here I asked to check nobody can fill in the date picker, windows or mac. The people I asked had not seen the website or page before and were not logged in. They are with different service providers on different computers. I understand that it is hard for you to understand this. I do not understand it at all, but is IS happening (and driving me crazy). And it's not a local thing whatsoever.

I just called another friend who found the same thing: not possible to fill in the date.

Please take this serious.

I suggest you give me login details if this is a test site, I can then test with some plugins disabled, new fresh copies of Toolset, and so on.

I can then advise you once I am done, whether you then still area able to see the problem.

Thank you Beda, I am also consulting people (also my ISP) to try to find a solution for this. There was a guy in England who could fill in the dat on his Samsung Galaxy phone. I am going to ask a friend there if they can fill it in on a computer. I'll let you know what comes out.

You can deactivate everything you want and install all the fresh plugins you want. It is a development site and I have a backup.

I am perfectly able to use that Form, inclusive adding a Date.

Something interesting is, today I reloaded it several times and once I wasn't able to add a date.
It was because the required JS was not delivered by the server.

There you do not load the styles of CRED.

While I can not see the issue (unless that one time the connection was interrupted)), and neither my colleagues can, it could be that those affect your experience (although it still would be a mystery why I cannot see the problem at all)

I suspect here we have some communication problems between server, browser and database.

I would highly recommend asking the Server Admin about this as well.
Perhaps he has some Server logs, that could tell more.

If you read my older messages you can see that I tested with Twenty-seventeen theme with only 4 toolset plugins and that it did not work then. No foreign outdated plugins at all.

Why would the server that is located in Holland constantly not deliver the required JS while it does it most of the time perfectly to Hong Kong. I have a fast fiber connection here.

The do not load CRED style sheets on the frontend is NOT checked, as is the option for old CRED forms. This is a very new CRED form so why should I do something with that?

Nevertheless I tried it to no avail.

I found a server log (attached). I don't understand it but maybe you do.

But then again: database? you can do it, not all the time very satisfying I saw, and many people can't. Server? The same remark. We tested (I asked 5 friends) on Macs and windows with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Explorer and I believe Edge and nowhere here it worked.

I only hope you do not give up.
