[Resolved] I can’t import a csv file.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I cannot import a CSV file into Toolset, it is uploaded fine but does not show any values or data.

Solution:
1. Please make sure that you are using the correct Custom Post Type slug in "csv_post_type" column.

2. Also please make sure that you are using supported fields, you can see here the list of fields here which are not supported: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/how-to-import-content-into-wordpress-using-csv/

3. For testing purpose, please create a Custom Post type "Book" and try to import this example attached file:

Hello,

Thank you for providing debug information.

1. I have also noticed that your site is using Cloudflare CDN. Please delete all sort of caches on your site or CDN / server cache if any / plugin / browser cache and then see if it resolves the issue afterwards.

2. Can you please provide step by step details that how you have import CSV files (preferably with back-end screenshots)?

Thank you

Hello,

I have tried to import content for custom post type and it successfully imported all the fields.

1. Can you please make sure that you are using the correct Custom Post Type slug in csv_post_type column?

2. Also please make sure that you are using supported fields, you can see the list of fields here which are not supported directly: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/how-to-import-content-into-wordpress-using-csv/

3. Can you please create a Custom Post type “Books” and try to import this attached file:

Please let me know if it successfully import custom post data or not?

Thank you
