I am trying to: build custom post types just like the car dealership demo you have on your site

That Site is not ours.

But I suspect you refer to this Discover WP Site:

If so, you can download the FrameWork Installer and install the whole site on a local server.
Then, you can pick what you need from the Module Manager and export that, so to re-import it on another install.

Related to the exact link you sent me, that is a single post, and could be style this exact way using a Content Template.
The Pagination is the Theme's one, but you could also do some Custom Pagination there.
With Toolset, Single Post Pagination is not possible, as that's a Theme's Task.
But you can, of course, create sliders, as for example.
