Import not working at all

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Import Layouts from my discover-wp test site but the import just take half an hour and is not importing anything. Tries on types and others as well.

I have all the latest Toolset plugins installed.

Can I know what have I done wrong?

Hi Jamie,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

This could be caused by many issues but the one that is staring at me right now is your php version. What I would recommend that you do is to update your php version to at least version 5.6 to maintain maximum compatibility with wordpress.

Once you have done this please let me know if the issue still remains.
