Hi John,

I'm Mohammed from the Toolset support team. I will do my best to help you.

I don't see anything in the debug information. please follow the instructions here to provide the debug information: https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

From the screenshot you provided, I think that it's a compatibility issue.
But, before we proceed with any step, I will need to clearly understand the issue and how it happens.

The first step we do is to deactivate all the non-Toolset plugins except for Avia Builder and activate a default theme (Twenty seventeen) and test the issue.
By doing this, you will know, which plugin/theme causes the issue.

If you got sure that it's a Toolset issue, I will need to know how to replicate the issue.
Could you please mention in steps, how to reproduce the issue?

I'm waiting for your reply.

Thanks.
