[Resolved] Notification settings

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello I tested out the notification system and received the test e-mail.

However it doesn't work for other users.

I don't know what the problem is.

I am using Mandrill for transactional e-mails.

The notification system you are referring to is from CRED correct? When a post is created?

Hi Nicholas,

Could you try as a test to disable all your non-toolset plugins and try again ?

If that does not work, could you provide me with admin access to the website so that I can have a look.

The private fields will be enabled for your next response.

As you say the test mail works fine and I was able to verify this.

Could you send me a link to the form on the frontend so I can test this with another user account.
