This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi Nicholas,

Enginx is supported because wordpress also supports it but seeing that the issue is being caused by the server there isn't much that we can do to resolve this.

I copied the site to a shared hosting environment and noticed that new messages weren't delivered.

It worked only for reply messages.

I believe you have the credentials to the site already. It's regionalo.es

Do the wp-discover sites run on a nginx configured server?

No. This is the final step to finishing my site. Why should I give up now?
This is such an essential feature for the customers to contact vendors.

It's your job and responsibility to resolve issues like that. I am not asking for custom code or to debug another plugin. My test site runs on a shared hosting plan, so no custom server configuration there as well.

I badly need this feature.

I'm happy your other issues were resolved but regarding this notification its actually out of our hands as the setup isn't supported under our support so there isn't anything else that we could've done here, as i've escalated the ticket and we weren't able to find a solution for this issue.

Sorry for the delayed response but since this ticket has been escalated and already debugged by our 2nd tier supporters.

The other messaging plugins I know about are Mailchimp, Ninja Forms and Contact form 7.
