Plugin breaks WP-Admin

This is the community support forum for Types plugin, which is part of Toolset. Toolset is a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients and people who registered for Types community support can post in it.

I am trying to:

Access wp-admin.

I visited this URL:

/wp-admin

I expected to see:

Dashboard

Instead, I got:

Error listed before

When installing plugin and activating front-end works but back-end is broken:

Fatal error: Call to a member function add_filter()

"Fatal error: Call to a member function add_filter() on a non-object in /home/jfrenette/public_html/coolblaze.com/public/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 111"

Latest version of Types.
WordPress 4.7.1.

Cant provide debug because cannot get to admin.

I can't replicate this.

And I do not see anyone else reporting it.
So it must either a conflict with another Plugin, a Theme or some Custom Code.

Or it's a specific Setting in Types that I did not use in my tests.

I will need more detailed steps, or a Duplicator Package (A copy of the Site)

But I am quite sure this must be related to either some very specific Types settings or another Plugin/Theme/custom code.
