This is the community support forum for Types plugin, which is part of Toolset. Toolset is a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients and people who registered for Types community support can post in it.

I expected to see: I want to add a column that shows the related post ID I'm creating.

Instead, I got:

Hi Andres,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I took a look at our settings to see if this was possible but unfortunately not 🙁

Actually the id of the post is actually apart of the generated name for the Child post so you can see the Post ID there.

I believe that you are not able to see this because it is not a part of the visible post Attributes in a Post.

Meaning this is not an editable field when you create a new post.
