I’m using two taxonomies: Tags (WordPress) and Regions (custom taxonomy). Their archives URLs look like this:
domain.com/tag/activity
domain.com/region/country/state/city

I want remove the taxonomy type from the archives URLs so that the archives URLs are like this:
domain.com/activity
domain.com/country/state/city

How do I remove the taxonomy type from the taxonomy archives URLs?

Thank you.

Dear Eric,

There isn't such a built-in feature within Types plugin.

The taxonomy "Tag" is a WordPress built-in taxonomy, Types plugin can not change the taxonomy options,
And Types plugin is using wordpress function "register_taxonomy" to create new taxonomy, there isn't such an option to remove the taxonomy type from the archives URLs, see wordpress document:

Thanks Luo,

In case you have future inquiries about this, I solved it using Permalink Manager Pro. It's working well so far.
