This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
In layout, all tabs appears on the same page, the first then the second under and the third.
Solution:
Set the "Visual effect when switching tabs" on immediate switch. And it will resolve the issue.

I made a layout with differents tabs,
when I go on the frontend view, all tabs appears on the same page, the first then the second under and the third.
If I go on a tab via the top menu and go back to the first tab, all is ok and i just have one tab by page.
The first screenshot show the second tab under "Pour demander une étude"
the second was taken after passing to tab 2 and go back to tab 1
any idea ?
PS : I got another layout on this site, all is ok, the problem occurs only on the first one
