This is the community support forum for Types plugin, which is part of Toolset. Toolset is a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.
Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients and people who registered for Types community support can post in it.
I am trying to: Upgrade the plugin to the latest version (2.2.16).
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: renamed the plugin so the website was not broken.
I expected to see: Normal site setup.
Instead, I got: A white screen with a 500 error. Now when I try to activate it I end up with a fatal error in black text that says, "Fatal error: Call to undefined method WPV_Settings::get_instance() in /home/acisales/public_html/wp-content/plugins/types/vendor/toolset/toolset-common/inc/toolset.settings.class.php on line 177"
I wanted to see if those credentials worked and when you will have the chance to find a solution. I do not mean to be pushy, but there sight is completely down until this is resolved. Thank you for looking into this.
