I am trying to: Upgrade the plugin to the latest version (2.2.16).

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: renamed the plugin so the website was not broken.

I expected to see: Normal site setup.

Instead, I got: A white screen with a 500 error. Now when I try to activate it I end up with a fatal error in black text that says, "Fatal error: Call to undefined method WPV_Settings::get_instance() in /home/acisales/public_html/wp-content/plugins/types/vendor/toolset/toolset-common/inc/toolset.settings.class.php on line 177"

It still shows the same error.

Here is a list of plugins I am using with it:

simple file downloader
Access
Updraft Backup/Restore
Username Changer
WP SMTP
WP Views

The theme is a custom one created by someone who worked here before me so unfortunately I cannot get you that.
