I just paid $49. Are you saying that in 1 year you are going to ask me to pay more money otherwise the plugin is going to stop working?

I doubt it! Generally this means that your account needs to be renewed for you to have access to updates and support after this date!

The plugin will still work after 1 year. After 1 year you wont be able to get updates and support.
