Problem:
The problem here is that the customer created a custom field that has a link in it and he wanted to use that link and attach it to his post title.

Solution:
The solution as an example can be seen below.

Where the [wpv-post-title] shortcode is wrapped in anchor tags so that it can be clickable and the types field is providing the url to where the title to link to.
