Released on:

  • Added a message to the WPML group dialog when no post types are managed by Access.
  • Fixed an issue with the post type message that was still visible after removing the related post group.
  • Fixed an issue with default post type permissions when WPML is active.
  • Fixed an issue with a Select2 drop-down in the post group dialog.
  • Fixed an issue with post permissions in the search results of the WordPress dialog for inserting links to posts and pages. Now, search results will list only content that current user has permission to access.
  • Fixed an issue with permissions for the “next” and “previous” navigation links.
  • Fixed an issue with WPML group permissions when the related post type’s name contains the space character.

Download and Update

You can get this release directly to the WordPress admin or download and install manually. To receive automatic updates, you need to register the Toolset plugins on your site. Then, visit the Plugins or Updates admin pages. To download manually, visit your Toolset Account and go to Downloads. Follow the installation and upgrade instructions for complete details.

When you update the Toolset plugins, be sure to update together all the components that you are using. Don’t use a mixture of new and older versions.

  • Hi, I’ve installed WPML Multilingual CMS and Access plugin. I created language editor as subscriber and am trying to add him as in specific user permission in WPML groups but no users are showing in the dropdown list. Can you please help? I know I am supposed to use the technical support forum but I don’t see anywhere I can ask my question (and yes I am logged in 😉 Please help! Many thanks, Karine

      In case, you don’t know hot to do it, please follow the steps:
      1. Log into your Toolset account
      2. Scroll down the page and click the I need help with Toolset button.
      3. Select Access plugin
      and then fill in the rest of the fields.

      In case if you are not a Toolset customer, please open a support ticket in our WPML support forum and explain that you don’t have a Toolset account. https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/
